JOHANNESBURG – Hostel residents from various parts of Johannesburg took to the streets in protest against foreigners on Sunday.
Residents are accusing undocumented foreigners of carrying out murders.

This has prompted a fierce attack against foreigners with various demands being made.
The residents are also demanding that those arrested during xenophobic attacks last week be released.
The crowds had gathered earlier in Jeppestown for a meeting with IFP President Emeritus Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
However, some stormed off as Buthelezi appealed for calm.
