As the dust settles after a weeklong mourning Ginimbi, Mai Titi has created another drama after revelation that she has been arrested for hiring hitmen to have rival and her ex-friend Memory Muyaka known as Mai Deco beat up or even killed for leaking secrets to Evidence Chihera.
Sources indicate Mai Titi was detained at Marlborough police station in Harare after audio leaked proving she wanted to have thugs beat up Mai Deco.
Muyaka, the owner of Khloe’s Home Decor (Private) Limited earlier in the year sued Mai Titi for $500 000 for defamation.
According to Evidence Chihera, Felistas Murata aka Mai Titi hired thugs for US$200 for the hit.
The hired thugs were caught out laying in wait for the attack at Mapalo Gardens.
Police were called in and the thugs confessed to having been paid and produced audio recordings as well as conversations between them and Mai Titi.
It is also alleged Mai Titi is admitting to the crime and even boasting that prison was made for human beings.

In summons now before the High Court, Muyaka complained Mai Titi’s accusations tarnished her image as a business person,
“Plaintiff claim against the defendant is for an amount of $500,000 in respect of damages for defamation and interest. On several dates between November 17, 2019, and April 3, 2020, published several broadcasts on Facebook and WhatsApp platforms about the plaintiff whom she also calls Mai Khloe or Mai Maketeni,” Muyaka said through her lawyers Mundia and Mudhara Legal Practitioners.
“The said broadcasts stated that the plaintiff was a pro_stitute, a witch, a gossiper and someone who blackmails her clients.”
The lawyers said these statements were both wrongful and defamatory of Muyaka who is a business person and a married woman who is highly-regarded in her community.
They accused the comedian of having published that Muyaka and three others were part of the Illuminati, a secret society that is believed to be involved in Satanism and that they wanted to kill her.
“This was false and intended by the defendant to impute that plaintiff is an evil person. This statement is wrongful and defamatory of the plaintiff who is a Christian,” the wrote in the summons.
It is also alleged that Murata further published that Muyaka had given charms to her husband so that he does not complain or question her when she commits adultery.
