Kuvaoga approached the High Court to have the burial order after quarrelling with her ex-husband Ishmael Amuli over the funeral programme.
Kuvaoga argued that allowing Moana to be buried through the Islamic rites would deprive her as the mother an opportunity to bury her daughter since women are not allowed on the graveyard.
Also, she will be buried wrapped in cloth instead of a coffin.
