Man Kills Self Over Troublesome Wife

After being troubled by his wife, a 52-year-old man from Mushumbi Pools in Mashonaland Central Province died by suicide after having drunk poison.

Nowel Zuze’s 16-year-old son discovered his father’s body in the kitchen hut.

Sergeant Major Samuel Chikasha, the acting Mashonaland Central Police spokesperson, confirmed the incident.

According to allegations, on November 19, the now-deceased had a major disagreement with his wife Janet Kodzi.

Kodzi fled her matrimonial home after being accused of being troublesome.

Two days later, the now-deceased ingested tashmic pesticide and died.

Police issued a warning to the public to respect human life.
