Shauwn Mkhize and Andile Mpisane’s alleged attack on security guard sparks outrage.

Shauwn Mkhize, a South African businesswoman and reality TV star, and her son Andile Mpisane are facing legal action after allegedly assaulting a security guard at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. According to the guard, Nkosinathi Mbanjwa, he refused them access to the VIP suites as they did not have the required entry tickets or accreditation.

Mbanjwa claims that he was then attacked by Mkhize and her son after they repeatedly asked if he knew who they were and threatened to have him arrested. Mbanjwa stated, “I got attacked for doing my job. They assaulted me, and people were scared to intervene because MaMkhize is known by high-profile people.” The 41-year-old guard says that he was aware of the altercation Mkhize had with AmaZulu bosses but did not expect her to take out her frustration on him.

Mbanjwa, who is a father trying to provide for his family, is set to pursue legal action against the mother and son duo for the alleged assault. He stated, “The following day I went to open a case of assault. I am still waiting for my case number, but yesterday I got a call from the investigator asking some questions.” Mbanjwa’s decision to pursue legal action is fueled by the need to hold those responsible accountable for their actions, regardless of their status or influence.

The incident has sparked outrage on social media, with many condemning Mkhize and her son’s alleged behavior towards the security guard. The incident is a reminder of the importance of treating everyone with respect, regardless of their profession or position in society. No one deserves to be subjected to such treatment, and it is crucial that those responsible for such actions are held accountable for their behavior.
