WATCH: Former Tshwane Mayor Is “Demon Possessed”: Christians Of South Africa

The Christians of South Africa (COSA) said they are confident that the now-former mayor of Tshwane is demon-possessed.

FORMER TSHWANE MAYOR IS DEMON-POSSESSED

“Sinner Makwarela saw an opportunity when the sodomy between the DA, EFF, and Action SA hit the fan. They have all launched a repenting ex-lover campaign in order to return to the power seat. However, no good intentions lie with these re-proposals. COSA calls on every citizen to join the Nehemiah course; lets love and rebuild the city again,”

MAKWARELA RESIGNED ON FRIDAY

Makwarela resigned on Friday after the court registrar confirmed the High Court in Pretoria did not issue the document purported to be the rehabilitation certificate Makwarela was required to submit to reverse his disqualification as a councillor after it emerged he was sequestrated in 2016.

The Democratic Alliance (DA)-led multi-party coalition in Tshwane laid a criminal complaint against Makwarela related to the alleged forgery, while the registrar confirmed the matter had been referred to the Hawks.

A CRIMINAL CASE WAS OPENED AGAINST HIM ON FRIDAY

The DA, supported by coalition partners Action SA, IFP, ACDP, and Freedom Front Plus, laid the charges at the Brooklyn Police Station.

“We dispute this certificate, and we dispute that it is a valid certificate. The assets of Makwarela’s estate were still in the gazette in 2022. There’s no reason for a rehabilitated insolvent to have his assets gazetted. There are also questions on the face value of the certificate referring to the “North Court” and then the last matter that has recently surfaced is the clerk of the court that has recently surfaced.” DA

MAKWARELA’S FORMER PARTY – COPE – HAS DISTANCED ITSELF

Makwarela’s former party Cope has also distanced itself from the embattled preacher turned politician, who also resigned from their ranks on Friday.
