Vusi Ma R5’s Grave Vandalized

Bacardi music pioneer Vusi Ma R5’s fans are pleading with his ‘killers’ to let him rest in peace. This is after images of his vandalised grave trended on social media on Monday, 13 March.

BACARDI KING’S GRAVE VANDALISED

Fans of the talented musician Vusi Ma R5, real name Itumeleng Mosoeu were saddened by images of the Bacardi musician’s grave, which was vandalised.

The 34-year-old died after he was allegedly gunned down in the early hours of Monday, 30 January outside Pretoria.

While police are still investigating his murder, his grave has been destroyed by unknown people.

VUSI MA R5: DAUGHTER HEARTBROKEN

The Bacardi musician Itumeleng Mosoeu was buried on Sunday 5 February in Mabopane, Tshwane.

Sources from the venue told Zimoja in January that Mosoeu passed away in a hail of bullets just outside the Soshanguve club, where he was performing.

 

“He received a call and minutes later he left the venue. He was shot multiple times outside the club and was declared dead at the scene.”

His young daughter Rapelaang Marungwane Mosoeu addressed his killers at his funeral, according to Daily Sun.

In the video, the young woman says his killers may be happy now, but they are left heartbroken.

“Rest in peace dad. We’ve accepted you’re gone. How does the person who killed him enjoy spending blood money? If they sent him, you may be happy but we are heartbroken.”

The Gauteng police spokeswoman Colonel Dimakatso told Daily Sun that the police in Akasia are still investigating a case of murder.
