Nota Baloyi accuses K.O’s brother Siya Mdluli of plotting AKA’s murder
Controversial music executive Nota Baloyi has implicated K.O’s young brother Siya Mdluli in the murder of AKA.
Nota Baloyi claims that Siya Mdluli who happens to have been AKA’s road manager set him up and got him killed.
Taking to his Instagram post, Nota Baloyi questioned the police why they haven’t arrested Siya yet. He stated that he is a suspect in AKA’s murder.
“He claims that Tibz died in his place, how Sway? @mrcashtime’s brother SET(E) AKA up, @sapoliceservice_za why haven’t you arrested this suspect yet?”
He went on to question why Don Design is pretending to be hurt by AKA’s death and why Yanga Chief is using AKA’s memorial for his reality show content.
“Why is Don Design still pretending to be hurt? Why is itsyangachief using Kiernan’s memorial for reality show content? @annikalarsen1 when are you sitting down with @teffectglobal or even the friends of @tebello.motsoane because the loss of his life has hurt many of us too. When will @dogg_dbn_ change his name because the only @doggftw we recognise was the one they made sure wasn’t around when the took AKA to Durban so they could kill him & make it look like his in-laws planned it!”
Following, AKA’s bodyguard interview, Nota Baloyi went on a rant on Twitter. He stated that AKA’s friends plotted to kill him and made it look like his former in-laws the Tembe’s did it.

Nota Baloyi’s Wild Allegations Spark Mixed Reactions
Nota Baloyi’s allegations have sparked mixed reaction on social media. A section on Twitter concurs with Nota’s allegations that his friends were involved in his murder. After, AKA’s bodyguard Dogg’s interview, tweeps are convinced Nota might have been onto something.
Another section however thinks AKA’s friends had nothing to do with his murder as they had nothing to gain from his death.
