ANC councillor Tebogo Sepale in six leaked tlof tlof tapes
A number of charges could soon land suspended ANC councillor and a self-proclaimed “man of God” in jail. Tebogo Sepale, the ANC councillor is the subject of an investigation by the Klerksdorp Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sεxual Offences (FCS) Unit into a case of crimen injuria and two distinct counts of statutory rapε.
STATUTORY Rapε
In the second and separate case, but involving the same suspect, two counts of statutory rapε were laid on Saturday evening, 6 May 2023, by the parents of two boys, both aged 15. This after a recorded video wherein this man was seen having sεxual intercourse with a boy went viral on social media platforms, especially WhatsApp. The public was also requested to refrain from recirculating the video.
CASES OPENED
The cases were registered at Kanana police station respectively. In the crimen injuria case, registered on Friday afternoon, 5 May 2023, the suspect allegedly shared a nυde picture of his private parts with the complainant. On Friday, Harare Live reported about the Tebogo Sepale at Matlosane Local Municipality, North West, who appears in six leaked sεx videos. The party suspended the ward 25 councillor in Kanana township, who is also a prophet, after nυde pictures of him and sεx videos engaging in sexual acts with both men and women and minors, went viral.
NO NEW TO CONTROVERSY
Sepale is not new to controversy as in the past he has been accused of demanding sεxual favours from people who go to him seeking employment opportunities. In a recent incident, Sepale is seen having sεx with a man and the councillor looks straight into the camera directing his victim on the positions to do.
