AKA ‘BREAKTHROUGH’: Sizwe Dhlomo disputes AKA investigation ‘breakthrough’
According to reports, police have found a “breakthrough” in their probe into the murders of Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane and AKA, real names Kiernan Forbes and Forbes. But South Africans, notably well-known figure Sizwe Dhlomo, do not agree.
After eating with a group of friends at Florida Road in Durban on February 11, the two were fatally shot by masked assailants.
There haven’t been any arrests thus far.
The following developments have been made by the police, per sources cited in a City Press story.
confiscation of a gun used in the killings, a gift card for pre-paid airtime, and the getaway vehicle
Knowing that AKA and Tibz were allegedly followed from the King Shaka Airport to the eatery where they last had dinner, Wish on Florida

Here’s how other tweeps reacted:
@XUFFLER: “No arrests is not a breakthrough.”
@Mad_ziba: “I don’t trust the police. They said the same with Senzo Meyiwa.”
@Rooted_tribe: “Same song over and over.”
I'll go ahead and treat these like the Senzo Meyiwa "Breakthroughs" we've heard of the past 10years..mxm pic.twitter.com/EkqT1b87dV
