Popular carjacker Mpho “Sdomane” Ntloge shot dead; Stray Bullet Kills Another

Popular carjacker Mpho “Sdomane” Ntloge, who was popular in Tshwane, died on Tuesday in a hail of bullets, unfortunately, a stray bullet killed another innocent bystander.

Sdomane from Ga-Rankuwa was shot dead on Sunday night, 25 June in Mabopane. He became popular after he trended in 2021 when he went live on his Instagram page with an alleged stolen car.

According to Gauteng police spokeswoman Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, cops are investigating a case of murder and two counts of attempted murder following a shoot-out on 25 June at a local car wash in Mabopane.

“According to information at hand, the police members were on duty patrolling around the Mabopane policing precinct when they received a complaint of a murder. On the scene, members found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. Two other victims were also shot and taken to hospitals for medical treatment,” she said.

She said the suspect apparently entered the venue and shot the victim while another suspect shot randomly at other patrons.

“No suspect has been arrested at the moment,” she said.

According to latest reports, another victim, Morgan Mthandaba,, tragically lost his life when a stray bullet hit him.

Sdomane’s family have requested privacy.

Sdomane’s friends expressed their emotions on Facebook.

Itss Lebogang wrote: “RIP Mpho Sdomane Ntloge. Things that are happening in Mabopane are not right, shame. This is totally jealous.”

Oregomoditse Mpane wrote: “Man, besides everything else negative, to us who went to school with him, he will always be remembered as an entertainer, so dramatic and funny.”
