Khama Billiat’s dramatic escape from airport as Scott, Mike Chimombe, Magaya welcome him

Former Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat arrived in Zimbabwe on Tuesday evening ahead of his possible transfer to Yadah FC.

Despite being linked to Harare-based giants Dynamos, Khama seems to have second thoughts.

Dynamos’ deal was good as done, according to reports. However, the two parties disagreed on his signing on fees, leaving several clubs to pounce. However, it has since been established that Manica Diamonds and Caps United are also monitoring his situation with Yadah.

Despite Manica Diamond offering a lucrative contract, Yadah is hoping to outbid. However, there was drama at the airport as Khama Billiat arrived with his entourage.

Rumour mill has it that several PSL clubs negotiating with Khama were at the airport to welcome him back home, but that seemingly didn’t happen.

Yadah FC quickly welcomed him home before they whisked him out of the airport. Famous Zimbabwean prophet Walter Magaya, who happens to be the club’s owner, welcomed Khama at the airport.

Magaya was in the company of Zimbabwe’s biggest gold dealer and Member of Parliament, Scott Sakupwanya. According to reports, famous businessman Mike Chimombe was also at the airport to welcome Khama Billiat.

Khama Billiat’s videos at the airport have since flooded social media. They have gained thousands of comments and reactions since they dropped on the internet.

Khama Billiat To Retire?

Confirmed reports have it that the former Kaizer Chiefs talisman won’t be signing a lengthy contract. Reports have it that Khama Billiat might be having his last dance in Zimbabwe after 14 seasons in South Africa.

Khama Billiat had a short stint with Harare giants Caps United before joining the DStv Premier League. With an illustrious career spanning years, Khama Billiat managed to play for Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs.

Khama also earned a fortune and was one of the highest-paid players. Rumour Mill said he was earning a whopping R800k at Kaizer Chiefs.
