Just In: High Court reverses Oscar Pambuka’s conviction

The High Court has cast away Oscar Pambuka’s conviction and sentence after an appeal.

Pambuka was jailed thirty months for allegedly duping the Zimbabwe Power Company of US$12,000 in a public relations deal.

The great development came after his lawyer, Panashe Sagwete successfully appealed.

Justices Pisirayi Kwenda and Benjamin Chikowero set aside Pambuka’s conviction and sentence.
