A crowd of onlookers prevented a city official from clamping businessman Wicknell Chivayo’s illegally parked car outside an Ecobank branch in Harare’s Central Business District (CBD).
The incident occurred when a municipal officer attempted to enforce parking regulations, but supporters of Chivayo quickly intervened, blocking the official from taking action.
