GARDEN 33|| Kwekwe’s trendsetting hospitality concern targets “Old Folks”

Midlands-based hospitality concern, Garden 33, is definitely one of a kind!

The hospitality facility, which is perched within the thickets of the Ridgemont area, in Redcliff, has now set its sights on wooing the elderly to its joint.

“What we have since realised is that there is little that is being done to cater for the elderly in terms of entertainment. But, one thing for sure is that our old folks also need entertainment inasmuch as we, the youths do,” said Garden 33 events organiser, Calaz, while speaking to Harare Live in an interview.

“So, we have since organised what is known as the Garden 33 Old Folks Luncheon which we are going to hold soon. The Luncheon is actually a positive precursor to the good times that await the old folks in terms of entertainment for them. So, we will be playing old school music and we are doing all this so that our old folks will be able to reminisce about their prime days, ” he added.

Calaz also echoed that Garden 33 has a clear vision of becoming an entertainment of choice for the elderly- not only in the Midlands Province, but beyond.
