📂 Required Documents
Make sure you prepare the following:
Academic Transcripts – From undergraduate to most recent degree
Ph.D. Certificate – Or a letter confirming your expected graduation date
Recommendation Letter – From your current academic/employer institution
Letter from Japanese Host Researcher – Can be submitted later, but no later than 15 August 2025
Research Plan (2 pages) – Include background, goals, methods, and expected results
List of Publications (1 page) – Include only peer-reviewed articles with full citation details
