Justice Served: Mashatile’s VIP Protection Cops Suspended

Justice has been partially served as suspension letters have been issued against four members of South Africa’s Vice President Paul Mashatile following a horrific incident in which they were filmed assaulting motorists along the N1 Highway near fourways.

Two police officers have also been handed suspension for their involvement in the incident.

What Happened During The Assault By The VIP Protection Unit

The terrifying moment when two men were dragged out of their vehicle and viciously assaulted by police officers was captured on video.

In the video, one man remains motionless on the road while his attackers kick him, while the other tries to shield himself from the blows.

Following the assault, the officers flee to their black BMWs, leaving the victims on the ground, one attempting to get up and the other unresponsive.
