The two were dating each other for 4 years and their marriage lasted for a mere 5 months.

Her sister Doreen Chemunorwa wrote in an affidavit that she had come to collect her sister to figure out why she was not going on her monthly periods for there years.

There is an two-hour long audio where that family were arguing back and fourth about the lobola money.

Tatenda told H metro that he married on October 2 last year and that the lobola celebrations went smoothly.

“I married Debra and all my relatives were happy, after I finished marrying, I wanted her to come n December.

“Thy also said, their daughter was still in school.

“So, the problem started when she confessed to me about the problem of not going n her periods for three years.

“She also told me that the doctor told her that she will never get pregnant and she even confessed that all her family members knew about this issue.

“I asked her why her parents accepted our lobola without telling us about this problem.” he said.

Tatenda claims that they tried to have a peaceful negotiation with the family but they are not remorseful and are even asking him to help them deal with the problem.

He, however, is refusing to, citing their lack of honesty.
