The Democratic Alliance has expressed disapproval towards EFF Leader Julius Malema for singing “Kill the Boer” during the EFF’s birthday celebration.
Malema performed the song at the FNB stadium after delivering his keynote address. The DA has accused Malema of inciting violence through the song.

The DA has said it will be taking the following action:
– Filing charges against Malema and the ANC government at the United Nations
– Filing an ethics complaint with Parliament
– Obtaining legal advice on approaching the public protector and the courts

The Leader of the Democratic Alliance John Steenhuisen spoke at a press briefing and said they will not rest until Malema is held accountable.
“We will now do the same to force it to act against Malema. In addition to turning to the international community, we will also file a complaint with Parliament’s ethics committee against Malema, in his capacity as a Member of Parliament.” said Steenhuisen,
