A Zimbabwean lecturer and social media influencer based in South Africa has been awarded a generous amount of money by businessman Sir Wicknell Chivhayo for consistently defending ZANU PF and President Mnangagwa on social media.
Kudzai Mutisi, a fervent supporter of the ruling party worked overtime since President Mnangagwa became head of state.
He was always defending Mnangagwa’s policies on X, which earned him the moniker of ‘Murakashi’.

Varakashi is a group of social media influencers who took heed of President Mnangagwa’s call to defend the party and government’s policies which was largely dominated by opposition activists.
Sir Wicknel Gifts K Mutisi R100 000
In a show of appreciation, wealthy hustler Sir Wicknel offered to give Kudzai Mutisi a lumpsum for his efforts.
This comes after he gifted David Masomere, popularly known as the “Jah Prayzah Zvakwana” DJ, a brand new US$65,000 luxury vehicle.
Sir Wicknell Chivayo surprised many when he took to social media to announce his gift to DJ Masomere. In X post, he stated,
“DJ MASOMERE the greatest DJ of all time…E.D PFEE , E.D HUCHI… Congratulations to you my brother. BRAND SPANKING AND STINKING NEW TOYOTA HILUX D4D double cab 2,4 diesel worth 65 000 USD…This is my small way of saying THANK YOU for supporting the revolutionary party and please may you travel to your farm comfortably as you manage and develop it wisely…Farmers are the future billionaires….”
This prompted some response, although it was a jibe, from Solomon Harudzimbi who felt that Sir Wicknel should also acknowledge Kudzai Mutisi and the unthinkable happened.

Sir Wicknel gladly accepted and offered to give the man R100 000 from his New York base.
