Oscar Pambuka Saved By The Bell

FORMER television sensation Oscar Pambuka was today saved from serving another prison term after a Mbare Magistrate sentenced him to a one-year imprisonment term that was entirely suspended.
Mr Nyasha Vitorini, a magistrate in Mbare, suspended the 12-month sentence for three years on the condition that he not commit any dishonesty-related offence.

Pambuka was arrested after attempting to defraud Croco Motors director Mr Chingwena of R36 000.
In sentencing Pambuka, Mr Vitorini stated that he did not benefit from the crime and that the prison term he is doing on his 2018 fraud conviction will do justice in keeping him out of crime.
